SIGHT UNSEEN MERCH

For this exhibit sharing striking works by blind photographers, I was grateful to be invited to work on the merch, with permission to use a photo by Evgen Bavcar. Metallic silver ink was printed on black, to emulate his original silver photography. Inspired by braille and the tactile ink choice, I converted the photograph to extra large dots. When asked to add “Winnipeg, Canada", I took the liberty of preceding the roman characters with the same text in braille, enlisting help from CNIB. The prints came out easy on the eyes and on the fingers!
