REZ CITY GAME

When I was asked to create an Indigenous Monopoly game, I conducted research, strategizing to replace money with seeds, and real estate with harvest. Using the medicine wheel as the backbone of the game, we reinforced the directions with titled question decks, teaching 7 local Indigenous languages and the 7 sacred teachings. The central female character replaces the Monopoly man in support of matriarchy. After testing and revising game play, I wrote instructions, sourced a manufacturer, and had a prototype delivered to the client.
